Conduct data governance, privacy, and business continuity management for Business Support Services, supporting colleagues on data quality, classification, and regulatory compliance. Lead risk analyses, implement control measures, and facilitate audits while translating policies into practical business solutions. Organize workshops and awareness initiatives to promote responsible data usage and security culture across the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure a reliable, future-proof infrastructure for the energy transition.
Required Qualifications
- hbo+ werk- en denkniveau
- minimaal drie jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol
- ervaring met of affiniteit voor data governance, privacy, informatiebeveiliging, BCM, compliance of risicomanagement
- ervaring in een adviserende, coördinerende of specialistische rol
- sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en organisatiesensitiviteit
- analytisch vermogen en een proactieve houding
- ervaring met stakeholdermanagement en het creëren van draagvlak
