Job Summary
Support designated Randstad Global Data Protection markets in achieving local compliance and data protection maturity through activities including supporting stakeholders with data mapping, privacy and vendor assessments, and risk management concerning privacy. Manage and assess data subject requests regarding personal data processing, provide first-line support on data protection queries, and review and update data protection policies and procedures. Implement and maintain data protection policies, ISO27701 controls, and ISO27001 controls by collaborating with Information Security counterparts. Monitor national case law, provide updates on business developments, and guide clients on Data Processing Agreements. This role requires 1-3 years of relevant working knowledge in data protection, a degree in Law or equivalent qualification in IT or data protection, and experience providing operational advice from a data protection regulatory perspective.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant working knowledge and experience in data protection
- Interest in data privacy and information technology trends
- Degree (or equivalent) in Law, additional qualification in IT or data protection is preferred
- Knowledge of EU and other data protection legislation / data protection principles
- Experience in providing operational and tactical advice and guidance from a data protection regulatory perspective to stakeholders
- Good command of the English language
