Job Summary
Specialist, Customer Support will deliver first-class service to customers and dealers by resolving high-priority damages, defects, warehouse errors, and carrier issues after freight has left distribution centers. Responsibilities include maintaining responsive case queues, closing claims within set timelines, professional email/phone communication, cross-department collaboration for data-driven resolutions, managing email inbox, gathering data on high-priority issues, and in-depth claim analysis to ensure proper resolution. Required skills include effective written and verbal communication, relationship-building with customers and colleagues, ability to follow instructions, experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), proficiency with Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), multitasking and research abilities, touch-typing, and time management. Education requirement: high school diploma or equivalent; customer service experience is preferred.
