Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries, answer incoming phone calls, and support the creation of new sales orders while maintaining positive relationships. Review invoices for accuracy prior to submission, operate electronic billing systems, and provide invoices through the online portal. Coordinate with dispatch to schedule services for brokered accounts, generate monthly purchase orders, and sort correspondence related to end-of-month billing. Assist with marketing projects and customer outreach programs, performing special projects as assigned. This role focuses on transactional accuracy, customer communication, and internal coordination within WRM's environmental protection and liquid waste recycling operations across Texas, Colorado, Florida, and Nevada.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle large amounts of paperwork
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and electronically
- Ability to visually review documents, computer screens, and billing or service information (with or without corrective lenses)
Desired Qualifications
- 0–2 years of customer service, billing, or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn billing systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Sage 100 and MAS 90 experience
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and general accounting procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem solving
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and effectively prioritize multiple tasks
