Job Summary
Specialist, Customer Acquisition - Bilingual role focused on selling and renewing contracts within a dedicated territory. Responsibilities include managing a high-volume outreach program via phone and email, maintaining and leveraging a CRM (Salesforce or similar) to capture data, achieving revenue-based quotas, forecasting on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, and identifying upsell opportunities. Requires mastery of product knowledge, strong English and Mexican Spanish skills, and the ability to collaborate with the team to provide a professional customer experience. Based in Mexico City (Insurgentes Sur) and willing to commute to the site. Proven experience in sales, lead qualification/conversion, and handling customer-facing interactions is essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales capacity
- Minimum B2 English level
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Willingness to commute to our site in Mexico City (Insurgentes Sur)
- Ability to manage high-volume customer contacts via phone and email
- Experience in customer fronting roles
- MS Office proficiency
- Territory/account management experience
- Ability to forecast regularly (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
