Job Summary
The CRM Specialist will implement the CRM strategy for Spain and Portugal, focusing on a new loyalty program launch. Responsibilities include managing email marketing campaigns, monitoring KPIs, optimizing campaign effectiveness, and coordinating with local teams to ensure strategic alignment. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of CRM experience, is fluent in Spanish and English, and preferably has experience with Bloomreach and loyalty programs.
Required Qualifications
