Job Summary
Specialist, Customer Activation responsible for planning, briefing, and executing direct-to-customer activations and direct messaging campaigns (email and SMS) for Reitmans brands, optimizing deliverability, engagement, and conversion. Manage email/SMS calendars aligned with product launches and campaigns, implement segmentation/personalization, monitor performance and apply optimizations, contribute to customer journey mapping and lifecycle communications, and maintain SOPs. Collaborates with creative, content, product, and brand teams; stays current on channel best practices and regulatory compliance; conducts test-and-learn initiatives (A/B and multivariate) with the Customer Engagement Products team to improve engagement and retention. Strong 5+ years CRM/lifecycle marketing experience and hands-on experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Bloomreach or similar; proficient in segmentation, personalization, journey mapping, A/B/multivariate testing; CASL compliance and deliverability knowledge; bilingual English/French asset. Preference for experience in fashion/retail/e-commerce and collaborative, analytical, and data-driven mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or similar
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Bloomreach, or similar
- Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing best practices
- Understanding of CASL compliance and deliverability standards
- Strong collaboration skills with creative, content, and product teams
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize campaign performance
- Background in the fashion, retail, or e-commerce industry is highly preferred
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
