Job Summary
Field Service Technician role at Konecranes supporting crane service at site locations. Responsibilities include accepting and recording work packages, estimating labour hours and parts cost for repairs, performing safety and visit reviews, consulting with customers to inform buying decisions, and adhering to safety protocols including PPE usage. Competencies include CRM Siebel, Field Service Siebel, customer-focused approach, basic crane technical knowledge, and familiarity with ISO 14001 & 45001 standards. Requires a Diploma (Electrical) with 3–5 years of experience.
