Job Summary
Maintain real estate data in company databases (Rent, CAM, Real Estate Taxes & Insurance) and prepare reports; reconcile real estate invoices/payments; gather certificates of insurance and verify coverage under Lease Agreements; respond to internal/external information requests; manage files and lease documents; monitor lease option notices; manage tax forms and incentives; liaise with real estate management, engineering and legal departments; coordinate with landlords and maintenance teams to resolve issues; prepare changes/LI/TA/expansions with landlord/subtenant approvals; travel up to 10% as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business Administration, Property Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years experience in Lease Administration, Property Management, or business administration preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Ability to work under pressure with strict timelines
