Job Summary
Implement Lean Design and Lean Construction methods across all project phases using PPM, LPS, and Exyte standard software. Contribute to training project team members and key users on Lean principles, tools, and software while supporting continuous improvement of standardized methods. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize production control and inspire enthusiasm for high-performance teams. Readiness to undertake regular weekly travel to project sites for up to five days per week. Fluency in German and English required.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in engineering or project management
- Understanding of Lean principles
- experience in implementation of Lean project delivery methodologies
- First experience in construction projects
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
- Readiness to undertake regular weekly travel to our project sites for up to five days per week
