Job Summary
Support the North America Finance team in planning, budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement. Administer and control costs while preparing and tracking budgets. Analyze and present financial reports, manage inventory control, and consolidate financial statements. Interpret financial statements and leverage advanced Excel skills for modeling and dynamic dashboards. Prioritize multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining proficiency in SAP and One Stream. Requires a bachelor's degree in Finance or Engineering with at least five years of automotive finance experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering or related disciplines
- Valid license (Cédula)
- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry or equivalent
- Experience in Finance with focus on Costs, Sales Analysis, Audit, Manufacturing, Budgets
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, financial models)
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Advanced English proficiency
