Job Summary
Own successful processing, packaging, and delivery of AEGM content to third-party platforms, FVOD, FAST, AVOD, SVOD, TVOD, and Owned & Operated. Perform complete fulfillment including source processing, technical quality control of metadata, artwork, video, and captioning, and coordinate work order tracking via Comcast Video Platform, Medigenix, and Airtable. Collaborate with internal teams to acquire necessary elements and ensure all assets meet partner package requirements and delivery SLAs. Support technicians as a subject matter expert and assist the Manager with prioritizing day-to-day and project-based deliveries. Interact effectively with distribution partners and management across all organizational levels.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience
- Advanced knowledge of video formats & codecs
- Experience with Adobe products
- Experience with video encoding technologies
- Experience with XML metadata
- Experience with digital delivery protocols & technologies (FTP, SFTP, Aspera, Signiant)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Experience in project management
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
