Job Summary
Specialist level administrative role supporting Compliance and Education Systems; design and update regulatory training, maintain databases and training certifications, perform audits of educational materials for medical-legal accuracy, liaison with IT to build system-wide tracking for compliance activities, run Venops reports, support Emergency Preparedness, manage calendar and communications, coordinate meetings and travel, draft high-quality business communications and PowerPoint presentations, lead process-improvement projects within supported departments, and collaborate with Governance to align Board materials. Requires Bachelor's degree and strong professionalism, confidentiality, and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, Paylocity familiarity preferred; valid driver’s license and flexible scheduling across a multi-county footprint.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven experience in a compliance, project management, or an advanced executive administrative role within a health system environment preferred
- High degree of professionalism and independent judgment
- Strict adherence to absolute confidentiality
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to structure complex regulatory data into clean, uniform workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace required and Paylocity familiarity preferred
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to work a flexible schedule across a multi-county regional footprint
