Job Summary
Identify and carry out internal communications objectives by collaborating with management to recommend and execute key strategies. Partner with internal clients to assess communication needs, devising comprehensive plans to inform, engage, and inspire team members. Create compelling, action-driven messages and stories while leading the production of multiple communication vehicles, including writing, editing, formatting, and design of deliverables. Drive Communications plans and deliverables across the matrixed organization to support the overall communication strategy and key objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or other related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience
- Experience with creative and well-rounded writing and editing
- Experience with designing and producing a variety of communication materials
- Proficiency in internal communications best practices
- Professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions
