Job Summary
Specialist, Commercial Excellence (Animal Nutrition) location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Responsible for CRM management including adoption, training, data quality, and reporting; provides commercial support through quotation processes, sales reports, forecasting, and budgeting analysis; supports marketing with planning visits, events, and creation/localization of marketing materials and promotional items. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (MBA adds advantage) with 2–4 years of relevant experience, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Dynamics, or HubSpot) along with strong Excel/Power BI data-analysis and stakeholder communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
- An MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business, Marketing, or Sales Analytics is an added advantage
- Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in a related role
- Certifications or hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot are preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, including advanced Excel and Power BI, is highly desirable
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain strong organizational discipline
