Job Summary
Coordinate the collection, validation, preparation, and transfer of acquired-company data into Ryan systems, including Salesforce, while monitoring completeness and quality. Work with European stakeholders, acquired-company contacts, and the US-based integration manager to track activities, resolve data issues, and ensure integration requirements are completed accurately and on time. Maintain project trackers covering actions, owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deadlines, and document processes to improve recurring integration efficiency. Support meetings by preparing information, recording decisions, and maintaining clear records of stakeholder requirements and outstanding data issues.
Required Qualifications
- Zero to three years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Interest in working with data
- Ability to organise tasks, manage deadlines and follow up across multiple stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to learn acquisition processes, Salesforce and internal systems on the job
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while recognising when support or escalation is required
- Experience handling confidential or proprietary information preferred
- Interest in process improvement, AI or automation is advantageous
- Previous acquisition, integration or Salesforce experience is beneficial but not essential
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Confidence working with spreadsheets and structured data
- Ability to learn Salesforce and other internal systems
- Ability to enter, review, organise and validate data accurately
- Ability to use digital project trackers and collaboration tools
- Basic understanding of CRM systems preferred
- Valid driver's license required
