Job Summary
Act as the day-to-day contact for routine client service needs, resolving issues and partnering with bankers, advisors, and internal teams to deliver a high-quality experience. Prepare and coordinate new account openings, maintenance, and onboarding documentation while assisting with KYC, CIP, and due diligence for individuals and entities. Process account servicing transactions accurately and timely, maintaining strong risk discipline through precise documentation and issue escalation. Research and resolve routine client and operational inquiries while contributing to team collaboration, training, and process improvement efforts. This role supports onboarding, relationship maintenance, and proactive engagement within the Wealth Management team in Pittsburgh, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in banking, wealth management, financial services, client service, onboarding, or operations
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with private banking, wealth management, trust, or investment relationships is preferred
- Familiarity with account opening, KYC/AML, onboarding, and client servicing systems preferred
