Job Summary
Specialist, Client Service in Pune: Support the Client Solutions Group with multi-tasking responsibilities including managing client instruction mailbox, producing bespoke client reporting for London, conducting KYC reviews, and maintaining client platforms (SalesForce/SharePoint). Lead and supervise sub-teams, contribute to internal MIS production, strengthen internal controls, and act as escalation point for onshore CSG teams on complex client/operational issues. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in client services is highly preferred; ideal candidate has knowledge of institutional asset management, understanding of transfer agent/custodian/consultant contexts, strong communication, and advanced Excel skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage projects, facilitate change, and work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
