Job Summary
Specialist, Client Operations focused on delivering high-quality service to external clients by resolving moderately complex day-to-day issues and directing clients to appropriate resources. Supports clients with operational and technical concerns, applies intermediate problem-solving skills to analyze information, and communicates effectively to a specialized client base. Provides clients with information on BNY Mellon products and services across multiple lines of business and geographies, guiding them to the appropriate resources as needed, leveraging a broader understanding of BNY Mellon offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
