Job Summary
Specialist, Client Reporting/Performance Representative to join the Insights - Investments Client Reporting team in Pune. Responsibilities include processing and reviewing regulatory reports, bespoke factsheets, Investment & meeting packs for Institutional clients, client service teams and Portfolio Managers; performing detailed checks on holdings, performance, attribution, exposures, and benchmark data; reconciling data across reporting platforms and investigating discrepancies; partnering with global teams (Performance, Portfolio Management, Client Services, Fund Accounting, Data Management, Audit); maintaining audit-ready documentation including SOPs, approvals, and report circulation logs; contributing to automation, standardization, and process-efficiency initiatives within the reporting team.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Client Reporting, Performance Reporting, or Investment Operations
- Strong understanding of investment products (Fixed Income, LDI, Multi-Asset, Equity, structured products)
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, data manipulation, automation preferred)
- Experience with reporting tools like Vermilion Suite, or similar systems
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple time zones
- Clear and structured communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders
