Job Summary
Provide client service and support to internal and external clients daily through phone interactions, problem resolution, transaction processing, and reconciliations. Regularly update client accounts and address moderately complex operational and technical issues while escalating non-routine matters as needed. Analyze information to provide accurate product information and participate in internal initiatives to improve the client experience. Requires rotating schedule starting 11am–8pm for the first month, then including 7am–4pm and 9am–6pm shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school/secondary school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be comfortable speaking directly with our clients
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of total work experience
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services
- Rotating Schedule starting on 11am – 8pm for the first month, then including 7am - 4pm and 9am - 6pm
