Job Summary
Execute client transactions efficiently and accurately while resolving inquiries to ensure satisfaction and adherence to service standards. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless processing and analyze transaction data to identify trends and optimization opportunities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and policies to ensure compliance in all client interactions. Support initiatives enhancing the client experience within the Investment Operations team in Pittsburgh, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 0-5 years of experience
- Experience in brokerage processing preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret transaction data and identify improvement opportunities
