Job Summary
Conduct oversight of work processed in operational centers to ensure client service standards are met, including transaction processing, records maintenance, payments, and reconciliations. Investigate and resolve day-to-day operational queries, issues, and incidents while analyzing data to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement. Ensure all work adheres to regulatory requirements such as CASS, COLL, COBS, DISP, GDPR, and Consumer Duty. Develop and maintain procedures, guidelines, and checklists for the Transfer Agency. This role is located in Manchester, UK, within the UK Transfer Agency team.
Required Qualifications
- Combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the responsibilities of the role
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree
- Experience in a financial services operational area and/or client services
- Willingness to develop personal skills in AI/Digital Tools
