Specialist, Client Processing II - Loans Enablement

Job Summary
In this role you’ll support routine and non-routine client service and transactional functions for the Loans Enablement Operations team, perform analytics and reporting to improve and automate transaction processing, advise units to ensure timely service delivery, and participate in product development, enhancement, and system testing to ensure accurate processing of high value transactions. A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3-5 years of experience, with preferred background in brokerage processing and prior loan operations, are sought. Strong verbal and written communication, detail orientation, self-management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required. Location: Pittsburgh, PA. This is a full-time role with a focus on client processing and operational support within a financial services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred
- Experience in brokerage processing preferred
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
- Prior loan operations experience in a financial service setting preferred
- Detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
