Job Summary
Specialist who helps shape how sales teams learn, grow, and succeed by building programs, tools, and resources that make sellers more effective. Derives insights from quantitative and qualitative data, communicates findings to leadership, and supports the strategy and design of sales training programs (e.g., performance sales fluency, product knowledge). Leads development and evolution of centralized resources (SharePoint, Highspot, training content repositories) to enable scalable knowledge sharing; partners with cross-functional stakeholders to align programs with business priorities; collaborates to develop engaging presentations, graphics/videos, and instructional guides; owns program management and implementation; analyzes and recommends curriculum revisions based on software/process changes; leads end-user training, train-the-trainer, and one-on-one support; designs PowerPoint presentations with data-driven visuals. Desired characteristics include strategic thinking, project management, strong communication, collaboration, and a passion for technology development and AI tools in a sales/marketing context. The role requires hybrid work in New York, NY, with a salary range of $65,000-$75,000.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in professional advertising, agency, tech, media or marketing environment
- Significant experience in Office 365 - PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Forms, and Word, including a high level understanding of Copilot and AI tools to make business impact.
- Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
