Job Summary
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across assigned electronics categories by developing and implementing supplier strategies. Drive continuous improvements in supplier performance regarding Quality, Delivery, and Cost while managing contracts and commercial terms. Collaborate with stakeholders from product management through R&D, PMO, quality, SIOP, and supply execution to support activities from NPI to product EOL, ensuring profitable and sustainable business outcomes. This individual contributor role focuses on business growth and requires high ethics and a self-driven approach. HARMAN designs connected products and solutions for consumers, automakers, and enterprises worldwide.
