Specialist, Cash Processing/Funds Transfer

Process cash transactions including Domestic and Foreign Wires, ACH, and Checks while performing reconciliations, inquiry responses, and problem resolution. Execute operational tasks such as updating client accounts, collaborating across processing areas, and conducting independent policy interpretation to ensure compliance. Review and release the work of other team members, resolve issues, and provide process knowledge during system upgrades or business resumption testing. This role supports internal clients in serving external clients within the Wealth Management team in Pittsburgh, PA.
