Specialist, Carrier Sales

Specialist, Carrier Sales at RXO will source, negotiate, and secure carriers to move available freight in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will cultivate strong carrier relationships, maintain ongoing communication with carriers and customers, arrange pickup and delivery times, and ensure the integrity of shipments by following established procedures for HVS and HRC loads. You’ll also conduct research for potential leads, make cold calls, and assist with back-end billing and invoicing to ensure carrier charges are accurate. A minimum of 1 year of procurement experience is required; preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience, plus transportation, and sales or customer service experience. The role is based in Plano, Texas with in-person responsibilities as part of RXO’s freight-transport operations across North America.
