Job Summary
Design and strengthen multiple career pathways supporting learner transitions into wage employment, apprenticeships, self-employment, and green careers. Build and maintain relationships with employers, industry associations, and training institutions to develop long-term engagement models beyond transactional placements. Develop labour market intelligence on emerging sectors and skill requirements, translating insights into recommendations for program design and stakeholder engagement. Strengthen institutional systems for placement support, learner tracking, and transition monitoring while contributing to tools, frameworks, and SOPs. Work with Product, Data, and Program teams to improve transition workflows, digitize processes, and generate actionable insights from employer interactions and placement data.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in workforce development, livelihoods, skilling, industry engagement, employability, apprenticeship ecosystems, or related fields
- Experience working with employers, industry bodies, government institutions, or workforce ecosystems
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder partnerships
- Experience strengthening systems, processes, or institutional capacities
- Familiarity with labour market trends and workforce development challenges
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with government skilling ecosystems, ITIs, VTIs, NSDC ecosystem partners, or training institutions
