Specialist - Career Navigator FT (33679)

The Career Navigator provides structured, goal-focused support to team members pursuing professional growth and skill development using a career case management approach. Responsibilities include identifying short- and long-term career goals, conducting workplace skills assessments to identify development needs, developing individualized career action plans with measurable milestones using SMART goals, delivering structured, short-term, outcome-driven services focused on career development, job readiness, workplace skill attainment, retention, and advancement; assisting team members in enrolling and completing education and training programs; conducting follow-ups to monitor progress; providing guidance to address barriers; connecting team members to community resources; referring to counselors when appropriate for crisis or mental health concerns; collaborating with managers on career development goals; tracking participation and progress; maintaining documentation in electronic case management systems; ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards; and performing other duties as assigned. This role requires frequent travel between Goodwill locations and a valid driver's license.
