Job Summary
Specialist, Car Partner Solutions role focused on growing and protecting car supply health across the Expedia Group Platform. Responsibilities include delivering world-class customer experience on Expedia Group sites, configuring new content for feature launches, performing root cause analysis on car issues, maintaining partner relationships, providing escalation support, driving operational efficiency through tool/process improvements, documenting processes and maintaining knowledge articles, and supporting data-driven projects and reports. Key skills include problem-solving and analytical thinking, stakeholder communication across various channels, prioritization in a fast-paced environment, collaboration within diverse teams, self-motivation, and experience with SQL, Amadeus/Titanium, XML, programming, or AI-related technical work. Located in Gurgaon, India, with a hybrid/office-based model and regular weekend on-call shifts as part of a 24/7 coverage plan.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a technical or technical operations role
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to stakeholders across various digital/in-person channels
- Ability to establish and adhere to priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively in diverse group settings and independently
- Self-motivated with initiative
- Preferred: SQL queries
- Preferred: Amadeus or Titanium familiarity
- Preferred: XML, programming, AI or similar technical experience
