Job Summary
Specialist role in Capital Markets Operations focusing on Collateral Management, collateral coverage, borrowing and pledging securities, margin calls, settlements and corporate actions. You will become a subject matter expert across complex products and related process flows, coordinating with counterparties and lenders to manage collateral, with frequent engagement with clients, traders, regulators and senior leaders. The role involves ensuring trades are fully collateralized and settled within SLAs, and applying continuous process improvements across cross-jurisdictional operations (Europe, UK, US, Canada). Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with Excel are required, along with familiarity with CDS, Arrow, APEX, FEDWIRE, DTC/FICC. Work arrangement details (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at interview.
