Job Summary
Support end-to-end source-to-pay processes for spend management software, including sourcing, contract management, supplier relationship, accounts payable, and transport systems. Drive requirements, knowledge transfer, and mandatory project deliverables such as use cases, functional specifications, and testing. Manage day-to-day operating expenditure against budget, administer solution configurations, user access, master data, and validation workflows. Design new forms, configure integrations with third-party vendors, develop SQL reports, and automate ETL processes. Provide status updates and ensure governance standards while collaborating with stakeholders and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Technology and functional analyst within an end user environment
- Solid Experience in SQL, familiar with SQL Profiler, read SPP (Stored procedures), views, functions, and jobs scheduler
- Demonstrate good knowledge in ETL functionality (flat file import, transformation, and loading)
- REST based and secure web services, JSON and XML data support
- Query functionality (flat file output, scheduling, multiple formats), EAI engine to manage complex sequential integration actions
- Knowledge on Messaging, Integration Protocols, SSO, API Console to expose web services to pull and push data
- Experience in configuring Workflows, Alerts, Callbacks and SQL based reports
- Functional knowledge in the areas of Supplier Relationship Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance within the Source to Pay processes
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computer, or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
