Job Summary
Lead growth by onboarding new vendors to foodpanda marketplace; present and sell foodpanda services to prospective partners through in-person and virtual meetings; manage sales pipeline; negotiate and close deals with partners across F&B, FMCG, and retail; coordinate with Vendor Onboarding and activation teams; analyze market trends and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional partner experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership roles—preferably within F&B, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Proven track record of consistently closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
- Bonus: Experience in selling tech or software solutions to businesses.
