Specialist, Budget and Forecasting

Lead the organization's budgeting and forecasting function by developing standardized processes, coordinating planning cycles, and training stakeholders. Establish strong team relations through coaching and mentoring while collaborating with Japanese partners from Mazda and Toyota. Manage annual, quarterly, and monthly budgeting activities, including creating templates for managers and implementing schedules for completion. Produce weekly leader reports, resolve budget issues, and support month-end close activities. Create standardized work manuals and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure accurate financial reporting. Work outside typical business hours and travel domestically and internationally as needed.
