Specialist - Blade Service Engineer

Job Summary
Blade Service Engineer specialist responsible for creating instructions to solve blade incidents, representing BSE in customer meetings, providing technical support for internal and external BSE clients, liaising with Field Support and/or engineering to determine best solution to solve incidents, creating, reviewing, editing, and updating technical documentation (e.g. repair instructions), providing technical support for large projects involving blade topics, creating RCA reports for blade related topics, and collaborating with team colleagues in various locations and time zones to solve problems.
Required Qualifications
- University background in engineering or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in composites, preferably in wind industry
- Experience in managing customers
- Proven ability to communicate and defend technical topics to experts and lay audiences
- Experience writing and editing documentation
- Knowledge of blade design and manufacturing
- Fluent in English, Spanish/German is beneficial
- Experience conducting RCA
- Ability to work remotely with little supervision
- Willingness to international travels
