Job Summary
Audit carrier freight bills, interpret tariffs and contracts, and investigate errors such as duplicate billing to ensure issues are addressed immediately. Proactively resolve potential billing discrepancies and facilitate the efficient routing of freight bills to improve billing cycle time. Maintain the highest level of customer service by adhering to established processes and informing appropriate parties of resolutions. This role requires 1 year of experience in audit, accounts receivable, or transportation logistics and is open to candidates with an Associate degree in Business or Transportation/Logistics. - High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of audit, accounts payable, accounts receivable, load planning or transportation and logistics-related experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Effective communication and problem-solving skill
