Serve as a subject matter expert by assisting with onboarding and training new team members on best practices, expectational selling, and operational processes. Uphold merchandising standards by executing floor set plans, managing inventory presentation, and ensuring products are ready for purchase. Promote company programs such as loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while maintaining a respectful, inclusive store environment. This role requires a high school diploma, one to three years of experience, and previous retail or customer-facing experience. Starting pay ranges from $19.50 to $28.50 per hour.
