Job Summary
Deliver an engaging shopping experience by connecting athletes with the right apparel for performance and everyday wear, combining product expertise with strong service to drive results. Proactively engage athletes to understand their needs, anticipate requirements, and actively drive sales through knowledgeable recommendations. Assist with onboarding and training new and existing team members as a subject matter expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution of best practices and operational standards. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, and inventory replenishment protocols while promoting company programs like loyalty enrollment and warranty sales. Maintain a safe, respectful store environment by adhering to safety policies, loss prevention procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
Required Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience
