Deliver an engaging and confident athlete shopping experience by proactively engaging athletes, understanding needs, and providing knowledgeable information about apparel and assortment. Act as a subject matter expert in designated store categories, assist with onboarding and training of teammates, ensure floor readiness, product availability, and adherence to merchandising standards. Promote customer programs (loyalty, warranties, credit enrollment) and maintain a safe, compliant store environment with emphasis on service and teamwork.
