Job Summary
Deliver an engaging shopping experience by connecting athletes with the right apparel for performance and everyday wear. Proactively engage shoppers to understand their needs, provide accurate product information, and drive sales through recommendations. Assist with onboarding and training new team members as a subject matter expert in designated process categories. Uphold merchandising standards by executing floor set plans, managing inventory presentation, and ensuring products are ready for purchase. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while maintaining safety and loss prevention protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred
