Proactively engage athletes to understand shopping needs, provide accurate product information, and drive sales through personalized recommendations. Deliver an outstanding experience by anticipating athlete needs and ensuring products are ready for purchase. Uphold merchandising standards by executing floor set plans, managing signage, and maintaining inventory presentation. Assist with onboarding and training new team members as a subject matter expert in designated process categories. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while fostering a respectful, inclusive store environment. This role requires a high school diploma, 1-3 years of experience, and preferred retail or customer-facing background.
