Job Summary
Proactively engage athletes to understand shopping needs, deliver knowledgeable product information, and drive sales through recommendations. Serve as a subject matter expert to assist with onboarding new team members, focusing on best practices and operational processes. Uphold merchandising standards by executing floor set plans, managing inventory presentation, and ensuring products are replenished and ready for purchase. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while maintaining safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Deliver an engaging, confidence-building shopping experience by connecting athletes with the right apparel for performance and everyday wear.
Required Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience
