Specialist, APAC Publicity

Publicity specialist to plan and execute integrated publicity campaigns across theatrical and streaming content in APAC, coordinating with regional and local market teams, external agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders to drive impactful publicity initiatives and media engagements. Responsibilities include planning and executing campaigns, coordinating press conferences, media junkets and interviews (virtual and in-person), premieres and events, managing publicity assets and screeners, overseeing end-to-end logistics for events, travel and accommodations, developing schedules and briefing materials, supervising external agencies and vendors, identifying operational risks and contingency plans, and ensuring seamless on-site delivery. Requires strong project management, knowledge of the media and entertainment landscape, experience managing complex logistics across multiple markets, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have excellent written and spoken English, proficiency in MS Office and Keynote, and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; multilingualism (Mandarin/Korean/Japanese) is a plus. Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. The role is office-based with responsibilities across APAC markets, and there is an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, budget tracking, vendor onboarding, and post-event reporting.
