Job Summary
Specialist – Accounting to Reporting (AtR) provides general ledger support and period-end close for AP across markets in the APJC region, ensuring accounting records reflect business results, US GAAP alignment, and local statutory/tax compliance. The role maintains the ledger, performs timely reconciliations, supports Fixed Asset and Cash & Investment activities, collaborates with Local Finance Teams and Global Projects, signs off on final financial packages and Balance Sheet reconciliations, and ensures SOX controls and KPIs/SLA adherence while partnering with Virtual Finance Teams and outsource BPO partners. 必需具备本科学历、至少4年跨国公司财务/会计经验、熟悉SAP、US GAAP及非-US GAAP、以及良好沟通能力和英文能力。
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a finance or accounting department of a multinational company
- Experience dealing with US and ex-US accounting
- Business-level English (speaking and writing)
- Experience using SAP
- Experience with US GAAP and non-US GAAP environments
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliations
- Experience working with global cultures
- Ability to work independently and with a team in fast-paced/high-volume environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated commitment to education and professional development
- Advanced PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
