Job Summary
The Specialist, Accounting facilitates collections of accounts receivable and unbilled revenues, supports general accounting functions including consolidating and analyzing financial data, prepares and disseminates financial information, and contributes to CRM engagement entries and reports. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance and at least two years of related experience; proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Office; typically works in a hybrid setup in Mandaluyong City, Philippines with a 9 PM – 6 AM shift. Demonstrates accuracy, strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or any related course
- Minimum of two years related experience required
- Proficient with QuickBooks Enterprise
- Basic skills in Microsoft Access
- Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Accounting/Billing software
