Job Summary

Lead a team to achieve sales growth by developing a customer prospect pipeline focused on winning new contracts, plus selling incremental repair and modernization projects. Drive the sales strategy to deliver portfolio growth, build and strengthen relationships with key customers, engage and lead the sales force, collaborate with operations to optimize sales and marketing, establish and monitor sales KPIs and forecasts, and assist with networking, pricing, bids, tenders, and the use of digital tools to maximize revenue opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Business or technical degree and 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree in a related field and 5 years of experience
  • Proven track record in a sales management role within a related industry (construction/facilities management/HVAC/fire & security/service/M&E)
  • Ability to motivate sales teams through collaborative and inclusive leadership
  • Strategic mindset with ability to balance short-term goals and long-term objectives
  • Strong customer listening skills, teamwork, and operational excellence
