Job Summary
Plan and design new Workday security applications, including business process frameworks, supervisory orgs, and core HR modules. Edit existing applications, implement components, and debug defined software while documenting all development activity. Support business process testing, integration, and reports testing, with exposure to test automation frameworks. Transact corrections, rescinds, and changes for security intake and provisioning on the Workday platform. Collaborate on SOX and security audit activities spanning application, platform, and data privacy. Conduct periodic reviews to maintain evolving security access and control environment requirements. Work nights and weekends on a variable schedule with overtime as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration, including business process frameworks, supervisory orgs, and core HR modules
- Deep understanding of Workday Security Framework, user provisioning and access management
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., UiPath Test Suite or similar tools)
- Relevant Work Experience
- 2-5 Years
- Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
Desired Qualifications
- Support Business process testing (UAT / regression testing), Integration & Reports testing
- Exposure to or willingness to work on test automation frameworks (e.g., UiPath Test Suite or similar tools)
- Collaborate with team members on assigned duties for SOX and other security audit activities spanning application, platform, and data privacy
- Conduct periodic review of and adherence to security procedures to maintain evolving security access and control environment requirements
- Works with Quality Assurance team to determine if applications fit specification and technical requirements
- Displays knowledge of engineering methodologies, concepts, skills and their application in the area of specified engineering specialty
- Displays knowledge of and ability to apply, process design and redesign skills
- Displays in-depth knowledge of and ability to apply, project management skills
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
- While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience
