Job Summary
Execute the complete Procure-to-Pay process from requisition to purchase order management, ensuring accurate documentation and timely closure of renewals and change orders. Identify process efficiencies to enhance productivity while consistently meeting business SLAs and Turnaround Times. Evaluate vendors using a Total Cost of Ownership perspective to negotiate favorable terms and pricing aligned with corporate objectives. Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and manage the full vendor lifecycle including onboarding and performance monitoring. Partner with Legal and Information Security teams to address contract redlines and support invoice reconciliation. Monitor procurement budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities through spend analysis, and generate regular reports for KPI tracking. Requires 7–9 years of procurement experience with SaaS knowledge and technical acumen in AI technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 7–9 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
- Demonstrated expertise in the full requisition-to-payment lifecycle across commodities such as Software, Hardware, TechOps, Marketing, Services (Accounting, Business/Systems Consulting, Tax, Audit), Facilities, and HR
- Strong negotiation capabilities with a proven track record of securing favorable commercial terms
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Strong analytical mindset with robust problem-solving capabilities and a highly detail-oriented approach
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive overall business outcomes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS procurement models is highly preferred
