Supervise installation of cables and poles for overhead-underground construction while operating vehicles and trailers safely. Monitor project records for start dates, milestones, material costs, and labor expenditures. Enforce work site safety standards and conduct regular compliance visits. Ensure resources such as vehicles, equipment, and inventory are in proper working order. Support project coordination, develop cost estimates, monitor job costs, and control the budget for work in progress. Generate logs and reports on construction, projects, materials, and expenditures. Address customer requests and complaints with timely follow-up. Monitor crew performance against goals and provide technical guidance. Conduct field surveys and post-construction reviews to ensure project accuracy. Coordinate all construction phases, including meetings, surveys, permits, and plant activation. Manage subcontractors and interface with officials and industry representatives. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance required; ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary. Includes company vehicle.
